Ironing Only
A shirt machine clamps your garment between two heated plates and presses everything at once, buttons included. When the pads on that machine wear out, the buttons take the pressure. That is where cracked buttons come from, and shine on the lapels, and a crease down the sleeve that was never supposed to be there. We iron around every button, seam and pleat by hand. It takes longer. Your shirts last longer.

We text you 30 minutes before we arrive, so you are not waiting around for a window. Not going to be home? Leave your bag at the door.
The moment we collect your bag you get a text with a photo and an item count. We take the same photo again at delivery. If anything is ever in question, it is not your word against ours. There is a record.
You get a text when cleaning starts and another when your order is finished. Standard orders come back four business days after pickup. Then you pick the delivery day and window that suits you, morning, afternoon or evening, with the same 30-minute heads-up before we arrive.

We clean in water and biodegradable detergent. In December 2024 the EPA finalized a rule phasing PERC out of dry cleaning over ten years. We already do not use it.
